The HR Recruiter will be instrumental in enhancing the candidate experience while ensuring that recruitment strategies align with the organization’s objectives and core values. This role demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Actively engage in sourcing top talent through various platforms, including job boards, social media channels, and professional networking events to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Diligently review applications and resumes to create a shortlist of candidates who meet the specified job requirements and possess the necessary qualifications.
- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization, ensuring a comprehensive assessment process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of job requirements, enabling the development of effective and targeted recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining open lines of communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support to candidates.
- Database Management: Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases to streamline the recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare industry recruitment will be considered a valuable asset and are highly preferred.
