Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience of experienced in IT Recruiter
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with technical roles and skills, such as software development, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
