L2- IT Recruiter

Role  Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, proven expertise in sourcing and hiring top tech talent, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
    Actively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for various IT roles using a variety of channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
    Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role, providing guidance on job specifications, market trends, and candidate expectations. Ensure alignment between the business needs and candidate skills.
  • Managing Candidate Experience:
    Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, and maintain clear communication at all stages.
  • Maintaining a Talent Pool:
    Build and maintain an ongoing network of qualified IT professionals, staying in touch with top candidates for future opportunities and building a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Negotiating Offers:
    Partner with candidates and hiring managers to extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and ensure that compensation packages are competitive and aligned with company policies.
  • Employer Branding:
    Represent the company and  Promote our culture and values to attract the best talent, ensuring that the company’s reputation as an employer is strong within the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of technical roles, including software development, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skill sets, and the tech industry as a whole.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
