Role Summary

  • Supporting and optimizing business-critical applications.

Responsibility:

  •  End-User and Application Support
  •  Vendor and Security Operations
  •  Training and User Adoption
  •  Reporting and Continuous Improvement

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven 6+ months experience in Networking
  • Prioritize proactive issue identification and resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with users, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation for all incidents, changes, and resolutions.
  • Adopt a user-centric approach, focusing on improving application usability and adoption.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
