Role Overview:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role demands a strategic thinker with robust project management skills and the ability to leverage campaign performance data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop Campaign Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate on Campaign Plans: Work with the marketing team to establish detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

Campaign Execution:

  • Manage Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to meet campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure Quality: Supervise the production of campaign materials to maintain brand consistency and quality.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness.

Budget Management:

  • Manage Budgets: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Track Expenditures: Monitor and report on campaign expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for campaign-related inquiries.
  • Communicate Progress: Provide timely updates on campaign progress, performance, and any issues.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in campaign management or a related marketing role.
  • Skills: Strong project management abilities, proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing certifications.
