Job Summary :
An experienced leader responsible for driving advanced compensation analysis, designing pay structures, collaborating with Employee Investment Participation Model (EIPM) partners, and ensuring consistent application of compensation governance and standards across the organization.
Purpose:
To drive data accuracy, risk compliance, and structured insights that support leadership-level decision making.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead compensation benchmarking cycles.
- Advise on salary band resets and market alignment.
- Conduct EIPM risk modeling and what-if scenarios.
- Evaluate financial partner proposals and prepare recommendations.
- Oversee dashboard accuracy and performance.
- Co-lead employee communication and education initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong financial & compensation modeling
- Leadership and decision-making
- Expertise in competitive pay structures
- Knowledge of low-risk investment instruments
- Stakeholder management (HR, Finance, CFO)
- High integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, HR, or related fields.
- 4 years in compensation, finance, or FP&A
- Exposure to investment/wealth advisory preferred
