We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape, proven experience in sourcing and hiring tech talent, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience of experience in IT Recruiter
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with technical roles and skills, such as software development, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
