L7- Assistant Manager – Product & Engineering Operations ( THE BUILDER : THE SENTINEL : THE SCULPTOR : THE ORACLE )

The Role:

Multiple engineering teams. One operational standard.
The Assistant Manager — Product & Engineering Operations leads cross-functional execution across SDT, STT, WIT, and AIT teams. From software development and testing to UI/UX delivery and AI deployment.
You oversee project execution, sprint delivery, quality metrics, deployment readiness, resource planning, and cross-team coordination. You bridge product vision with operational execution while ensuring engineering quality, testing discipline, design consistency, and measurable intelligence outcomes.
The Conductor does not manage isolated teams. It synchronizes the entire engineering ecosystem.

What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :

Team leadership — managing engineering teams across delivery operations
Project execution — overseeing sprint plans, releases, and timelines
Engineering governance — ensuring coding, testing, and deployment standards
Cross-functional collaboration — aligning development, testing, design, and AI teams
Quality & deployment oversight — monitoring defects, stability, and production readiness
Operational reporting — tracking KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance
Risk & escalation management — resolving blockers, delays, and production issues
Process improvement — improving CI/CD, QA workflows, and operational efficiency
Team development — mentoring teams and strengthening engineering accountability

TARGET: ≥ 95% Release Stability | ≥ 90% Sprint Delivery Accuracy
Measured through deployment success, testing coverage, delivery timelines, defect reduction, SLA adherence, and operational KPI improvements across engineering teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
7 years of experience in Software Development, QA, Product Engineering, AI Operations, or Technical Project Management
Experience leading cross-functional engineering or product teams
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, testing workflows, and deployment operations
Experience managing delivery timelines, operational KPIs, and stakeholder communication
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management skills
