Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack React JS Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall success of the engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and deploy web applications using React JS, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in React JS and web development.
- Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Contribute to team planning, design discussions, and overall engineering success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Expert knowledge of React JS; experience with other front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or Vue.js is a plus.
- Proficiency in back-end frameworks such as Node.js or Express.
- Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
