What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :
- Recruitment strategy — Partnering with team leads to plan hiring and execute sourcing strategies
- Candidate evaluation — Screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring consistent assessment standards
- Offer management — Rolling out offers, tracking acceptance, and maintaining hiring data
- Onboarding ownership — Managing documentation, BGV, and induction processes
- Training coordination — Aligning new hires with required training and team readiness
- Retention tracking — Monitoring early attrition and improving hiring/onboarding based on insights
Non-Negotiable Metric :
Time-to-Fill ≤ 25 Days
First-Year Retention ≥ 90%

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ year in recruitment / talent acquisition / HR
- Communication: Strong stakeholder and candidate interaction skills
- Persistence: Ability to manage multiple roles and close positions effectively
- Documentation: Organized tracking and reporting of hiring data
