The Role:
- Core infrastructure keeps every team running — always. At WWS, uptime is not a goal, it’s a requirement.
- You manage servers, security, networks, incidents, and vendor SLAs, ensuring systems are stable and reliable for all teams. Through proactive monitoring and disciplined processes, you prevent issues before they impact operations.
- This role isn’t just support — it’s the backbone of the organization.
What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :
- Incident & change management — triaging system issues, resolving incidents, assessing risks, and implementing documented changes
- Security operations — monitoring alerts, ensuring compliance logging, and resolving vulnerabilities and network issues
- Server & backup management — maintaining performance, ensuring ≥99.9% uptime, and proactively addressing backup failures
- Vendor SLA management — tracking vendor performance, ensuring SLA adherence, and escalating non-compliance
- End-user IT support — supporting RCM, Development, and QA teams with system access and infrastructure issues
- Reporting — generating monthly reports on SLA compliance, system performance, and operational metrics
Non-Negotiable Metric :
- SERVER & SYSTEM UPTIME · TARGET: ≥ 99.9%
- Percentage of time all core systems remain operational and available.
The Fight: What You will Fight:
- The Invisible Failure
- Systems fail silently — until everything stops.
- The unmonitored server.
- The missed security patch.
- The vendor SLA that slipped unnoticed.
- The Foundation fights problems before they surface.
On the CIO team – failure is prevented, not reacted to.
WHO THRIVES HERE : Three Traits We Cannot Teach
- You are proactive, not reactive — You identify risks before they become incidents
- You document everything — Every issue, fix, and change is tracked and recorded
- You own accountability end-to-end — Systems, vendors, and outcomes are all your responsibility
THE WWS PERKS :
- Full training in infrastructure operations and security monitoring
- Exposure to a full-scale RCM and product ecosystem
- Clear performance metrics tied to uptime and system reliability
- Cross-functional visibility across all teams
- A culture that values stability, precision, and accountability
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 Months of Experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration / Technical Support
- Education: (IT / Computer Science preferred)
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of servers, networks, and system operations
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Documentation: Strong ability to maintain clear and structured records
