Job Summary :
The Trainee RCO Associate – AR Caller is responsible for following up on unpaid insurance claims by coordinating with insurance companies and payers. The role focuses on reducing claim turnaround time, ensuring timely reimbursements, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure to check the status of claims by calling insurance companies.
- Verify the accuracy of the patient’s provided insurance information.
- Prepare call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures by sending necessary documents to Payers
- Examine and sort unpaid insurance claims
- Request an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance provider if the claim has already been paid.
Eligibility & Skills Required :
- Graduate in any degree
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in any field
- Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and denial management concepts
- Ability to understand and apply client-specific business rules
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
